1) Now, October of 2010...our society has and is changing, a "normal" phenonenon. But, how does the general theme of legalizing marijuana sit with the majority of Americans, from high school teens all the way up to your grandparents. You know, of course, that you cannot vote on the issue until you're 18!
2) State of California has, so far, cleverly been getting away with claiming that they can sell marijuana as a "health' need. Please check out how they're selling it out in "stores"...? And who's buying it?
3) Fact: there is a federal law that selling marijuana is ILLEGAL, superceding every state!
4) FLASH BULLETIN! This Election Day in November, the legalization of Marijuana was defeated at the polls in one state.....
5) Con---opening this door will lead to more serious usage....?
6) Pro---thousands(?) of Americans have, for some time, "used" marijuana even though illegal. Thousands(?) sell it, under the table, without paying one iota of tax to the government's coffers. Opening its sale up, openly, will bring in MILLIONS of $$$ that now is stuffed in the sellers' own pockets....?
