A) What? Thursday evening...a phenomenon....7-7:30pm...in my hometown of Williamsburg!
B) This RAINBOW was unbelieveable. I had been at the Rec Center working out and was driving home, taking the route through the Campus of William & Mary...had been raining on and off, when the skies opened to the north with sunshine and to the south, lingering dark skies.
Over the Campus, a huge, bright RAINBOW suddenly appeared, close to the horizon, across 'downtown' and the College.
C) I stopped my auto in a Campus lot, got out and took my Nikon to hurriedly snap pics all along the walkabout!
D) AND THE RAINBOW developed low below, even brigher and bolder, before my eyes, a DOUBLE. And seemed to linger, vividly, from a high-spired church, left, over the Old Campus to the right!
E) As I rushed around, taking more pics, I excitedly mentioned to students, anyone on Campus, to look up...to the rainbow! They had ALL seen it and were verbally excited, big smiles...."it's a DOUBLE!"
F) My pics...in the viewer, they were colorful and bright. And off to process them this morning, Wednesday!
G) And more?....I, like many of you, like to believe in GOOD...POSITIVE signs!! YOU GO, DOUBLE RAINBOW!
