105- Important PONDERABLE: WHY IS OUR AMERICAN EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM, In GENERAL, EARNING THAT "F" In TESTING?.....

A) Do I have your attention, now?
B) WISDOM!:  "The ability to discern or judge what is true, right or lasting...good judgment...common sense."
C) Please show me, us, just one TEST in your K-12 history that measures the "WISDOM" that any student develops, should develop, and learns?  Just one...  Dare you!
D) And, if our American educational system cannot devise that kind of test?  What exactly, then, are educators measuring at this point in time...for years?
E) Yes, pause and ponder the importance of "WISDOM" developed during someone's life.....  Look around you, and across America, where you can "see" the results of those without "wisdom", trying to be "leaders" in a local, state or even a federal position, and where they positively do not belong holding any form of power.  There are trails of inaptness, along with enough aptness, I admit, on every level of our society. 
F) And, even more so, we DO need to collectively realize that the classic definition for "WISDOM", shared earlier here, does NOT fit ANY test or measurement currently being administered in our K-12 public schools...right?
G) Who IS responsible, then, for intelligently composing, or not composing, a "test" to measure 'Wisdom' supposedly to be taught and administered in our public schools?  You tell me, please.  I don't hear any chatter within the educational system...do you?  Therefore, this important building block system of developing "wise" students, underlying our entire American society, does not and is not functioning as a goal in the "race" to keep up with other world countries.  Anyway, who said we had to have a "race"?
H) Prime examples are the SOL tests administered in our Virginia K-12 educational system.  Do they actually measure the "Wisdom" supposedly taught and learned by even one student?  I've seen handsful of the tests and have administered enough.  NO...they were in my honest opinion, however, erroneously and hurriedly devised in response to an edict to prove some sort of 'accountability' with a...TEST, now given to our Virginia students!
