D) Note: these words, thoughts, were composed over 200 years ago by well-studied and meaningful American in order to "create" a government, by the people, for and of the people, that has endured for over two centuries! AMERICA stands, throughout history and to the rest of the World, as the "shining light on the hill." This historian, educator and author, well-educated, believes these early words...deeply!!
