a) We hear this expression so much in so many venues in our society, don't we?
And I ask YOU, now, does this expression mean "something extra-special", or is it overused?"
b) I simply feel that it is, has become fake, a worthless expression, and is never used by moi in writing or conversing.....
c) As always, YOU ponder, YOU decide what YOU will do...'K?
