20- WHERE HAVE ALL THE "CHECKS and BALANCES" GONE?.....

A) "CHECKS and BALANCES" in our original U.S. Constitution.... These unique concepts IN our Constitution were carefully thought out way back in the late 1700s and added as a definite concept to KEEP all three branches of our federal government (Judicial--Executive--Legislative) from taking control of the other two at any given time!
B) When one Branch takes over areas our governmen. like the Executive and Legislative that have been considered their duty, trouble and frictions evolve, and the Judicial Branch has the responsibility, if petitioned, to resolve it.
C) One example would be between "States Rights" and "Federal Rights."
D) Another example would be when the Executive Branch delves into and usurps duties and responsibilities reserved for the Legislative Branch. And that's exactly what is happening, NOW, in 2009-2010, expecially with "Healthcare."
E) This guy was selected to travel to and study that problem once upon a time at Montana State U., in Bozeman, Montana! WHAT a unique experience....
