6- A UTAH COURTING RULING On THOSE WHITE CROSS MEMORIALS ALONG UTAH HIGHWAYS.....

A) Remember, my blogs give the facts but also add a "social commentery."
B) The Utah 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver ruled that the Utah Highway Patrol white steel crosses, 14 of them at 12' tall on public land and erected to memoralize fallen Highway patrol officers, are unconstitutional according to the Establishment Clause of our First Amendment.
C) The American Atheists, Inc. argued in that court that the crosses were "Christian symbols" and no legal right to represent ONE govt. view.
D) For the record..."white" is the universal color for 'death'...where does it say that a 'cross' is THE only sign designating Christianity?
E) One of our most SACRED grounds anywhere in our America is IN a National Cemetery! Think....Arlington National Cemetery is the final resting grounds for thousands of not only our military deceased by heroes....THINK....what is our first visual thoughts along that Potomac River sacred burial grounds? WHITE CROSSES...do any of them mention a specific religion on an entrance sign or inside our beloved ANC, much less a Christian cross? I rest my case.....
